Cannot compare a corporate country with a nation… in less than 2 decades was built Pudong area of Shanghai. There were no bridges, but ferryboats in between Puxi and Pudong in 1991. Now there are plenty, plus underground and under river tunnels, some with 4 lines and traffic lights.
